Jacque Roche Joins HamletHub as Executive Director of Community Relations

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Jacque Roche has joined the staff at HamletHub in the role of Executive Director of Community Relations supporting the Brewster, Carmel, Somers, Yorktown, NY and New Fairfield, CT business community.

A life-long resident of the Hudson Valley, Roche is recognized publicly as JacqueButterfly, a social media influencer with a hyper-focus on the local music and business community.  

Jacque attended evening and weekend classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology while working full time as an administrative assistant at Partners & Shevack, Inc., a full-service ad agency in NYC. "While a large majority of what I studied in the 1980s is no longer in practice, the fundamental principles and tactics still apply. With my instincts and drive for direct results…. great ad content is very effective." 

An early Facebook promotion and social media marketing pioneer, Jacque along with her butterfly partner, Yorktown resident, Cathy Guaragno, were promoting and supporting local businesses via neighborhood Facebook groups. These groups were commonly referred to as the "Eat, Drink & Party Empire" in the early days and were recently renamed, "Eat, Drink & Support" to reflect the mood and pressing needs resulting from the countrywide small business shut down.

In addition to the multiple Facebook groups and Roche's popular public radio program, Jacque's Giant Music Show provides an opportunity to reach a broad audience through Internet streaming, podcasting, and syndication on local radio programs within the Hudson Valley. "It is my intention to utilize my radio presence, social media influence, and genuine concern for the community to develop successful and innovative ways to support and highlight the local business community. I look forward to hearing your stories and working with everyone to rebuild and keep our communities from becoming ghost towns."
