At Harper rendering we have been machine applying through coloured and silicon renders for over 20 years, machine rendering is highly advanced compared to traditional hand applied methods, The dry coloured powder is poured into a hopper, this is continuously mixed using exact measurements of water creating a perfectly gauged render ensuring the perfect colour balance and consistency, this is then sprayed onto the wall at 20 l per minute enabling us to apply a whole elevation in the matter of minutes, this allows for consistent drying times throughout the full elevation.
