High Polymer Dry Dashing

Dry Dashing is a traditional decorative rendering technique that provides a tough, durable, long-lasting, cost-effective and almost maintenance-free finish to exterior wall surfaces.

Dry Dash comprises pre-washed and screened Dashing Aggregates which incorporate different types and colours of stones that are blended together and are applied to a specially formulated, self-coloured, polymer enriched mineral-cement Dashing Mortar (DM) offering enhanced performance over traditional sand / cement renders.

Roughcast or sprayed texture is a finish which perfectly complements a more traditional building style. monocouche renders are made to be finished in either scraped or roughcast textures, and are algae-resistant and UV-resistant, making them a excellent modern pre-coloured roughcasting solution.

Tyrolean render is a method that involves the application of monocouche or sand and cement render. It results in a beautiful, rough, textured finish. The finish looks like a roughcast render and is the usual choice by homeowners unless they prefer a smooth finish.

Spray applied one coat render, OCR avoids the drying time associated with multi-coat render systems and offers results equivalent to traditional two coat renders, OCR is a premixed sand and cement render which is suitable for smooth finishes.
