HealthSource Loveland Family Practice is located just off SR 28 at 6535 Charles Snider Road. We offer Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Behavioral Health at this location. Our doctors and nurse practitioners are accepting new patients of all ages. HealthSource accepts most insurance plans, including private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. We also offer a discounted sliding fee program for uninsured patients.
Our Family Practice Clinicians, also known as Family Medicine Clinicians, treat patients of all ages. They provide comprehensive and continuing health care for both males and females. Your Family Practice Clinician may treat you and your family members for acute conditions, such as a minor injury, the flu, or a sore throat. He or she may also treat patients for chronic conditions such as diabetes or high cholesterol.
Internal Medicine Physicians specialize in adult medicine, and are specially trained to solve diagnostic problems, manage severe long-term illnesses, and help patients with multiple, complex chronic conditions.
This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
