Janna

I'm Janna Haller, I'm the lead Personal Trainer here at Her Holistic Fit. I’m a Health Educator with a passion for helping others. Having been a Division I Track and Field Athlete and a national qualifier for the USA Mountain Cycling circuit, I bring my own experiences and knowledge to the table. I earned my BSE in Health Promotion from Arkansas State University and am a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, I have a background in yoga, having founded and operated a yoga studio in the past. I absolutely love connecting with clients and guiding them on their wellness journeys. Whether it's educating them about nutrition, anatomy, or physiology, conducting health assessments, or creating tailored strength training and conditioning programs, I'm here to support individuals of all levels. From endurance athletes to beginners and specialized populations like aging adults, those with injuries, or those going through pregnancy and postpartum, I provide individual instruction and also enjoy fostering a positive group setting. Seeing people take interest in their bodies and witnessing their progress towards their goals brings me immense joy. Together, let's embark on a journey towards better health and well-being!

I'm Alana Dyhrkopp, a certified personal trainer accredited by the American Council on Exercise, with my formal education from Tulane University. My passion for athletics began young and continues through college with collegiate cycling, and triathlon and had the amazing opportunity to represent Team USA at the Age Group World Championship in Lausanne, Switzerland. I’m an avid adventurer as well and have executed unsupported bike tours across America. I'm not just passionate about physical fitness; I'm also a mindset coach dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential for a happy and healthy life. With a background in yoga and strength training, I offer a well-rounded approach to achieving your goals. My main focus is on empowering you to live your best life.
