Our founder, Jarrod K. Murray, is a proven business consultant and owner with a strong background in human resources, distance learning administration, project management, and professional personnel management.  Jarrod’s career has covered academic administration and corporate leadership.  He specializes in talent management and developing and managing virtual learning programs.  He received his M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University (2013).  While attending his master’s program, he worked as a Human Resources Consultant for a company based in San Diego, CA (2011-2013). After graduating, Jarrod worked as a university administrator in the Office of Extended Learning and in the Center for eLearning.  He also served on multiple state-led committees and local university steering committees.  Jarrod’s diverse private and public work background gives him a unique perspective.
