Needed gas water heater. I was directed to the aisle in the store. Found what I needed and then asked for an additional item. I found it and made a dual purchase at checkout. Very happy. Service desk was very competent.

Had pleasent shopping experience at Federal Way, WA. The service people were knowledgebe and very helpfull.

Kendra was amazing to work with today. She answered all of our questions and ensured our product was going to be delivered to our home in a timely manner. Will definitely be returning 🙏🏻❤️

I’m a Milwaukee power tool user. So that’s why Home Depot is my choice of store. Every time I go there I always look for Milwaukee deals. And usually find everything I need. But there is always room for improvement.

All the product has best quality and if it didn’t get fit with what you need! You can easily return or replace it.

Website says 71 of said product in store and none to be found. Employees don't know the product, are rude, virtually unhelpful, act as though they are doing you a favor and blamed me when I couldn't find the item I was looking for and then cannot find it themselves. Will not be back to this store.

Jessica in the customer service desk was extremely helpful and friendly!

It took 35 minutes to buy one Ridgid tool because the "tool salesperson" would NOT answer her announced page request for assistance. VERY seldom do IEVER write a negative review, but this experience deserves reporting.

Denise, in the tools department, was very friendly and went above and beyond to help locate a tool.

I’m a general contractor and frequent this store multiple times a week. I’m always greeted with a smile and wave by Linda who works at the self checkout at the Federal Way Home Depot. She has always been friendly and extremely helpful, no matter what I’m looking for she either knows where it is or points me to the right person to ask. Great job Linda

Really great customer service in the lighting department and at check-out!

I live within 15 minutes of the Federal Way Home Depot…but I would actually go out of my way to shop at this location. It’s always a good experience and the employees never fail to be helpful, professional and very personable.

I went to get a dishwasher. I was able to place the order and the costumer service person took the time to explain everything.

I purchased two 2x6 16 foot planks today and planned to have HD staff cut them to length for me. I was told that they could not cut them for me because they were discounted. This is unacceptable. I ended up having to cut them myself by hand since I don't have a power saw.

All my stuff neatly n a pallet with my name. Staff was awesome helping at pickup, and a swift return for an item. Everyone was friendly.

I asked where the AC window brackets were and no less than three employees vaguely pointed and said over that way. When I did get to the AC section I asked a gentleman working in tools and he said in there. That's all the assistance I was given.

This store keeps their stock really well supplied. It’s clean and employees are willing to help. Only issue is that about half the time if I go to an employee to ask a question about where a service is done within the store (like pipe cutting), if they don’t work in that department then they don’t know anything about it and give wrong directions/info. So if you need directions about a service, you may be walking around the whole store and being misdirected many times until you find the right spot. Other than that this store is great if you already know where everything is.

George and a new employee, Joe, from the electrical department took extra time and care to not only make sure I had the right tools to change out an ancient hardwired smoke detector, but they also gave me I struction and much needed advice on how to do it. George detected that I had never done this before and his concern for my safety was truly appreciated. Both George and Joe were very knowledgeable, personable, and kind.

The associate at this store have great customer service. While I was waiting for an associate to answer some questions I have about a product, They kept me updated on what was going on.

Matt and his multiple workers helped exceptionally in the garden section towards my upcoming garden project

Franky who works at the federal way location is just a rest person and I appreciate him and his helpfulness and positive attitude

I usually shop at a hardware store by my house where you rarely find someone to help you. I was driving by thus store and stopped in to get something for my home. Cory Meade, assistant store manager, greeted me by the door, was extremely nice and helped me find my item. I was in and out within minutes instead of wandering around looking for my item in the entire store. Will definitely return to this store again and again.

Remodeling our home...extensively! They are super helpful in having what we need and willing to work with us every visit.

I am so happy that I have found the Puyallup Home Depot. It’s a great store and maybe one day after the Federal Way store guts some management and hires some exceptional employees, it too can be great.

Rude cashiers who don't care about their job. Four female employees were talking to each other and when I asked for help they acted like I was a nuisance.

During check out, Linda, the cashier and self checkout was amazing. She handled any and all of the leads that came up during check out.

Have been to this store a few times and have found the staff helpful and courteous. Also, the store always seems clean and well stocked. I don't have a specific product to review, but have found this store a nice one to visit. My only advice is that when you go to leave, go to the top of the parking lot and try to exit there as the Costco traffic makes trying to leave frustrating and long.
