Geoff Ramsey

Licensed since 1993, Geoff Ramsey is a licensed broker in Tennessee and Georgia. Originally from Clinton, TN, Geoff attended The University of Tennessee and the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute and Land Institute designations. His real estate focuses include new construction, residential resale, land development, investment, and commercial real estate.

For Greater Chattanooga REALTORS®, his peers honored Geoff as the 2014 REALTOR® of the Year, and he is a 2016 Leadership Academy graduate. In addition, Geoff was elected to the Board of Directors in 2015, serving as a two-year Director, followed by 2017 and 2018 President-Elect.

Since serving as the 2018 President for Greater Chattanooga REALTORS®, Geoff continues to be involved and give back to the Association, serving as an RPAC Trustee in 2020 and 2022, and as the 2021 RPAC Committee Co-Chair.

For Tennessee REALTORS®, Geoff served as a Director from 2016 to 2020, a member of the 2018-2019 Budget & Finance Committee, a 2020 RPAC Trustee, 2021 & 2022 YPN Committee, and currently serves on the Strategic Planning Committee. As of 2022, Geoff is also a member of the REALTORS® Land Institute.

Geoff has been an RPAC Major Investor for nine years and a President's Circle Member for eight years. Over this time, Ramsey has invested more than $25,000. In 2019, Geoff was inducted into the National Association of REALTORS®'s RPAC Hall of Fame, to which only one other Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® member (Lois Killebrew) has been inducted.

In addition to his local volunteer leadership, Geoff values the importance of being involved at the state and national levels. Geoff is a regular participant in the annual REALTOR® Day on the Hill in Nashville and Washington, D.C. He is also active in the community. Geoff often is spotted at various sporting and charity events, including the Chattanooga Lookouts, Chattanooga Mocs, Chattanooga Football Club, CHI Memorial's Pink Gala, and the Creative Discovery's Museum's Amuseum, to name a few. Geoff is a graduate of the 2018-2019 Class of Leadership Hamilton County Schools. Geoff has been a proud sponsor of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway since 2013 and frequently volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area and the Snack Pack for Kids program.

Geoff believes in the Golden Rule, treat everyone fairly and equally, and it is this idea on which he bases his business. A fan of the many locally owned and operated farm-to-table restaurants, Geoff enjoys spending his free time exploring Chattanooga with his friends and family.
