Every evening, the Eiffel Tower is decked out in gold, lighting up and twinkling for 5 minutes at the start of each hour, as its beacon shines over Paris. The Eiffel Tower, located at the end of the Champ-de-Mars park, on the banks of the Seine and facing the Trocadero esplanade, was built by Gustave Eiffel and his collaborators for the Paris Universal Exhibition of 1889. It has become the symbol of the French capital.

Located close to our charming hotel, this vast park with free access extends between the Eiffel Tower and the Ecole Militaire, and its lawns welcome Parisians and tourists, who, once night falls, come to admire the twinkling of the Iron Lady.

Situated halfway between the Hôtel des Invalides and the Champ-de-Mars and just 5 minutes on foot from the 3 star hotel Les Jardins d’Eiffel, discover the Rue Cler. You’ll be seduced by the calm of a pedestrian street and the atmosphere of a village market. The rue Cler features a lot of small shops and restaurants. Enjoy a coffee, a crispy pastry or a glass of wine at the heated terrace of a typical Parisian bistro.

Considered one of the most beautiful streets in Paris, the Rue Saint-Dominique is a true witness to the history of the capital. Mentioned in many of Balzac's novels, lavish mansions, some of which now house government departments, once played host to such illustrious names as Chateaubriand, Lucien Bonaparte and Talleyrand.

In this street, very close to the Eiffel Tower, as in the surrounding streets, the range of eating places from a typical French bistro to a starred gourmet restaurant means you'll be spoiled for choice. You can also succumb to shopping fever in boutiques which stock both famous brands and young designers.
