Northwest Tile and Stone Care specializes in marble countertop, floor and shower restorations. We are the first company in the Northwest to become certified as MORE Anti-Etch applicators to protect marble countertops from etching. We are based in Poulsbo Washington but service both the Seattle and East Side Markets and the entire Olympic Peninsula and even Portland. Our founder is a tile installer by trade that fell in love with the cleaning and restoration side of the business early in his career. He formerly operated Clean Grout Northwest for 8 plus years before re-branding as Northwest Tile and Stone Care. Instead of using gimmicks and high pressure sales and over promising, we provide education based tactics with the heart of a teacher to win our clients trust as stone restoration professionals as we're trusted to restore and protect their natural stone investments into their homes and buildings.

I was referred to Clean Grout NW by a co-worker who said the company worked miracles on her shower doors. She wasn't kidding! We received an estimate, the two technicians who arrived to do the job were courteous and efficient and were in and out in just a couple of hours. Our cloudy shower doors now sparkle like new and the invoice I received was under the estimate! The only reason I'm not giving the company five stars is that communication can be fairly slow, but if you're patient they are well worth the wait.

I contacted Mike at Clean Grout NW after being referred to him by Shoomadoggie in Poulsbo. I had discolored tiles on my shower floor, and Mike did two things to earn my 5-star rating. First, over the phone he taught me how to clean my shower drain myself in case that fixed the problem. It didn't, but it saved me from having to call a plumber. Second, he came to look at the problem and showed me a popular online forum so I could see how common this situation is and how it isn't worth spending a fortune to rip out my shower floor. The peace of mind alone has been priceless.
