After 5 different estimates from the highest ranked heating & cooling companies in Morgan Hill, my decision to go with Silicon Valley Comfort was immediate during the walk- through consultation with the owner himself, Johnathan Towner. His credentials were impressive, but the way he explained his ideas and portrayed his vision on how he would like to approach my unique project was very impressive and he explained it in such a way that my husband and I would easily understand it. He was the only contractor out of the five estimates I had received, that inspected the ductwork under my home; and with such detail I might add. He drew out the footprint of our house, and mapped out each of our pipes with all the sizes of them and to which room they were for. I was so impressed with the drawn-up layout of our existing HVAC and ductwork system. He added photos to the document and assigned them to the ducts in the drawing. It was very easy for me to get an entire overview of how our current system was designed. Johnathan and Nina went over their findings and presented us with solutions to consider. There was no doubt that Silicon Valley Comfort was our choice contractor.

I met John via an internet ad June 2018 and was a bit nervous due to the previous HVAC person pulling a no show. I could not be more happier than I am with John services. He repaired my A.C that was 15 years old and had never been serviced before. He added new hvac line and new filter system so the a.c unit can run less stressed and can lower the electric bill and it has!. The A.C has been running extremely nice. The electricity bill dropped average off $150-$220 a month depending on how much I use it. He then recommended a tune up for my heater unit. So glad he completed the tune up because I saw a $30-$40 dollar monthly drop in my gas bill since he tune it up amazing! John is extremely professional and knowledgeable I have recommended him to all my family and friends. Thanks again John!
