It was smooth sailing from the person at the desk in the store, to the person that came measure and brought the samples, discussed what would be appropriate to the installer. They were very professional. The product was ordered and the delivery date and installation was timely.

We used Calgary Window Fashions for our original window coverings in 1993, and we were very happy with the original products, installation and service we received over the years. When it came time to renovate our house 28 years later, we got a quote from them again. I wondered just how competitive their prices were, so we got another quote from a major manufacturer we had used on another property in BC more recently. I was surprised that the Calgary Window Fashions price was notably less. With the great experience we have had with them, it made the decision easy. We are happy to report that Calgary Window Fashions again met and exceeded our expectations with the new installations. We'd like to thank our sales rep Chris and our installer Ron for a job well done. We look forward to having your products in our home for many years to come.

Ashley was amazing. She provided great suggestions, kept it from getting overwhelming and made the whole process so easy. Our installer was equally fantastic. Friendly, professional and was very efficient. He noticed there was a bracket oversight (purely for aesthetics, nothing structural) and said he’d come back and added it in ASAP! We had a great experience with Calgary Window Fashions. They were recommended to us by a designer, Suzanne Tetrault with Studio Felix, who helped us during our kitchen reno. Ashley came to our home to provide an initial quote. She brought numerous samples but we couldn't fine one that we loved. She invited us to come by their shop to see more samples -- which we did. They had tons of samples and we picked out three that we liked. Ashley ordered bigger swatches and brought those back to our house. She asked us to keep them and pin them up on the windows to see how they would look as the light changed during the day. We did this and we took our time deciding. There was no pressure at all. We picked one of the swatches for Roman blinds for the windows and used the other two to make four custom made cushions. Installation went great. We are very happy with our choices and the blinds and cushions are excellent quality.

This is "Project #4" with Calgary Window Fashions (for both home and business) and I highly recommend this company ! Extraordinary service and great communication with and support for their customers.

From the staff in the store and the install technician who were very competent in their expertise to the quality of the product we chose was a very pleasant experience. I have received excellent service from Ashley and Ron. I had received the blinds within 2 weeks after receiving. They both were very professional and friendly. The blinds are affordable - the price is better than the competitors that I have checked.
