Home Sweet home Homecaregiver,LLC. plans to use the Direct service Workforce Grant 2023 money to provide one time bonuses to our staff, Includes, special retention bonuses ,Meal Cards, Gas Cards for our current employees and Special limited sign-on bonuses and referral bonuses to all newly hired staff. Similar bonuses were paid in 2022 utilizing the 2022 grant monies. Any remaining dollars will be used to provide additional supports for recruitment and job fairs.
