This building includes 816 sq. ft. of interior space and a 144 sq. ft. covered porch and 288 sq. ft. loft area 960 total interior sq. ft.  The Jackson P32I is an excellent option for someone looking for a vacation home for a weekend getaway, it also is a great option for year round living.  This is the perfect building for the DIY and easy weekend project to add more usable space without the expense of a room addition expenses.

    Interior 24' x 34', 816 sq ft, bedrooms 12' x 12 ' each, 144 sq ft, open living kitchen area 13'6' x 24', 326 sq ft, smaller rooms 6' x 8', 48 sq ft, open hall area 11' 6" x 8', 92.80 sq ft, loft area 288 sq ft porch 24' x 6', 144 sq ft  total under roof 1248 sq. ft.  Building is manufactured to order.  Once assembly the buildings thermal mass rating R12 + R13 batch insulation added with the insulation kit would give thermal mass rating R25.
