Hopewell native, Sid Hudson founded Hudson Properties with his father Jim Hudson in 1985. 

As a world class musician, Sid moved to Nashville, TN and was the lead guitarist for country music legend Barbara Mandrell. After marrying his wife, Carrie, he decided to move back to Hopewell to start a property management business with his father, Jim Hudson. 

Hudson Properties now owns and manages hundreds of homes in the Tri-City area and has been in business for over 30 years.
