Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly.
Cooking Directions: For optimum flavor, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days or freeze for no more than 30 days. Thaw product thoroughly prior to cooking. For best results, place patties in a skillet. Cook over medium- low heat for 10-13 minutes. Turn often and brown each side evenly. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reads 170 degrees F with no visible pink internally.
