About Me

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas for over 24 years. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from SHSU and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UT Austin. I specialize in women’s issues, anxiety, and adoption issues. I have a variety of experience working with issues including depression and mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, medical illness/cancer, anger, parenting, behavior, ADHD, stress, life transitions, and more.

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Client-Centered, CBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client. I provide Christian Counseling for those who wish to integrate their Christian faith into therapy.

I love working with college-aged young adults all the way up to senior citizens!
