What is Gotu Kola?



Gotu kola is a perennial herb grown primarily in India, Madagascar, Sri Lanka, China and Africa. It’s used in Ayurvedic medicine, and in combination with other herbs in traditional Chinese medicine, as a health tonic.* The leaves of the plant contain three active components: asiatic acid, madecassic acid and asiaticoside.
