I became a career coach because I am passionate about helping people identify their career paths and learn about the job search. My goal is to help you identify your strengths and learn how to translate these in ways that appeal to employers.

I understand the anxiety many people face when thinking about the job search, interviewing, or changing jobs.

Let's face it: sending dozens of resumes and not receiving replies, not even a rejection, is demoralizing. You probably feel your resume has gone into a black hole. It's also discouraging to conduct job interviews only to be rejected without knowing why. And it's terrible to have undergone several interview rounds only to have them pass you up.

In my 25+ years of experience, I have helped thousands discover their career interests, write resumes and LinkedIn profiles, develop interview skills, and learn successful job search/networking strategies. All this has helped instill confidence in my clients. I remain aware of current trends affecting the job search.

Based in Los Angeles, California, I provide virtual career coaching throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Professionally, I am honored to be recognized as an expert in the career coaching field, interviewed by the Los Angeles Times for an article providing advice for laid-off individuals, and included as a guest on a Southern California TV news program, So Cal In Focus (interview begins at 16:38)  about hiring and job trends amid the pandemic. In addition, LinkedIn has listed me as one of their 'Top Career Coaching Providers.'

I have held Career Consulting roles at the University of Southern California's main career center, the Marshall School of Business, and Occidental College. Additionally, I served as the Career Services Director at Pitzer College (part of the Claremont College Consortium) for over 12 years.

As a former Mock Interview Consultant with two highly regarded international Education Admissions Advising companies, many of my clients were accepted into top-tier institutions.
