Growing up in Mexico City, my parents taught me to cook really good food. So good in fact, we had a thriving restaurant in the heart of the City.
My goal has been to bring this wonderfully, flavourful and aromatic food to Peterborough. Food that Mexican's eat every day. Comfort food for the food lover in all of us.
Food that is cooked fresh daily, from scratch, with my Mom's recipes as well as my own. Using as much local meat and produce as possible with Mexican seasoning and fresh salsas that may surprise you. I believe that spice and heat should be used to compliment a dish, not overwhelm it.
