Development Line definition

Development Line means a line drawn parallel to the rear parcel boundary of any parcel abutting Gull Lake or Accreted Land and measured a distance of 60 m from the rear parcel boundary and which establishes the limits of the developable area of the parcel for building construction, site improvements, fencing, formal landscaping, vehicle parking and storage, and outdoor storage of any item; (346.2/18)
