About us
ApproXie is a mobile first software platform aimed at improving healthcare by connecting patients and healthcare providers. ApproXie's web services and mobile app was built by a physician to enable healthcare providers cater to the needs of their patients quickly and efficiently. The services enable same day face to face visits or virtual visits with providers in the area. By leveraging the right supply with growing demand, patients experience less wait times and get care when they need it most: when they are sick! Providers and hospital systems are able to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and increase revenue while reducing costs. ApproXie provides the platform that facilitates easy and accessible healthcare services to both patients and providers.

In the aftermath of the pandemic, as operational expenses escalate, we remain committed to integrating innovative technological solutions to streamline our processes and cut costs. Collaborating with Decoda was an obvious choice for us. Their value proposition, centered on automating collections and statements, not only enhances our revenue collection efforts but also translates into substantial savings. By minimizing stationary expenses and reducing the time our team spends on routine tasks, Decoda has proven to be a game-changer, delivering tangible financial benefits.
Our co-founder and CEO Daniyal Afzal presented at the Office Manager Roundtable graciously hosted by the Madison County Medical Society here in Huntsville, Alabama. It was eye opening to learn about some of the operational challenges around communications in clinical offices. We were stoked to hear how applicable our product was in other clinics around Madison County, and looking forward to showing off how we can make an impact! The team also got to meet and spend the day with Dr. Nemil Shah, M.D., who's supported Decoda Health since day one. We sat and talked about how we can improve product and brainstorm incredibly innovative ideas to help his streamline operations at ApproXie Urgent Care & Batch Health, and other healthcare organizations alike. So grateful that we got to meet some of the urgent care staff and watched operations first hand. Our Alabama trip has just gotten started, and excited for what's to come in the next few days!

As ApproXie has expanded, wearing my ApproXie shirt has become a source of pride. It's heartening when people approach me to say, "We love that place. Everyone was friendly, the wait times were short, and I had a great experience. Do you work there?" Their recognition brings a smile to my face, mirroring the excitement I feel inside. Knowing that we've cultivated and empowered a strong team that consistently delivers the level of service we expect at a doctor's office is incredibly fulfilling. Occasionally, people inquire if ApproXie is part of a franchise. I always respond with a smile, "No, we're still your local mom-and-pop shop." Yet, it's gratifying to realize that people notice the scalability and efficiency we've implemented over the years. I'm confident that with time and the right strategic partnerships, we'll elevate our brand even further. On behalf of Nemil Shah & Heather Howard, our founders.
