This project was a “tear the roof off & build a second story addition”, which converts a  Cape to Colonial. Creating additional living space & bedrooms allowed the family to remain in the house, as opposed to selling & moving elsewhere.   The 1 car garage was removed and replaced with a 2 car garage which was shifted forward on the site which allowed for a side entry & mud room behind the garage. #transformation #renovation #DreamHomes

Progress continues on our farmhouse in Danbury. Siding & trim are done, with the standing seam aluminum roof about to be installed on the porch.

This residence nestled on 30 acres in Katonah was designed to capture the timeless French Country style for our client. We designed the 10,000 square foot main house, as well as a detached 2 car garage with a pool house above. The pool was blasted out of rock ledge and incorporates a waterfall that cascades from the rock into the pool which seamlessly blends nature and design. The architectural design includes the extensive use of round forms in plan and elevation, fostering both spacious interior spaces and charming exterior forms.

Progress continues on our custom home in Greenwich...... stone work, siding, trim & gutters are about done. Interior is sheetrocked & painted, waiting for humidity level to drop for wood floor installation.

The homeowners have been in a 20-year-old Toll Brothers house since it was built, which still had the original kitchen & was long overdue for a remodel. After much debate between whether or not to enlarge the kitchen, the decision was made to remodel within the existing space.
