    PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB OPENING! Hybrid work schedule 1.      Meets agency’s objectives for client service, account development and placement of business. Aligns with Sales Plan goals. All accounts treated as VIP. 2.      Discusses new business opportunities with prospects including insurance needs, goals, and preparing/presenting/finalizing proposals. Actively refers clients to Life & Health and to Commercial Lines Departments for solicitation. Analyze new business for market availability, confirm underwriting guidelines and set up for quoting. Handles all phone calls, outside client visits and walk-in activity by clients and carriers. Working with clients to perform re-markets, answer questions regarding coverages and ensuring the coverages meets the needs of the client, cross sell to other departments. Follows the Agency program to round personal lines accounts. At time of renewal, review open and closed activities to determine if additional coverage is beneficial to the client based on past conversations and revised company contracts. Review coverage eligibility requirements with company underwriter. Responsible for timely renewal reviews on assigned Book of Business. Manages their Home page in EPIC by keeping open activities current. Attends carrier seminars. Proficient in duties of the Assistant Account Executive. Reviews company contracts and products independently each week. Any other duties or projects that may be assigned by Agency Management. Technical Skills: NJ or NY Property and Casualty license required Minimum of two years of high net worth carrier experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Chubb, Pure, and Cincinnati websites. Knowledge of Applied EPIC software preferred but not required Characteristics: Superior customer service skills, including empathy Good negotiation skills Relationship building skills Results oriented, resourceful Troubleshooter and collaborative thinker Creative Proactive and takes initiative Organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently or as part of a team Professional demeanor and appropriately attired for office environment Respectful to all Ability to maintain a positive attitude, express enthusiasm and be flexible Ability to delegate Good work ethic including willingness to assist co-workers and work extra hours on priority projects infrequently but as needed.
