Have an on staff revenue manager combined with pricing tools to optimize your income 4. Pay your occupancy taxes for bookings outside airbnb 5. Don't lock you in and make you go under their Airbnb profilel(unlike Evolve and many others who make you go under their Airbnb profile) 6. Have folks that work in Shifts. Burnout is real in a 7 day a week business 7. Have a screening framework. You don't want ANY guest 8. Have the ability to change your lock code for EACH and every guest no matter what platform the book on 9. Perform resolution management 10. Utilize TRUST accounting. This is BIG! You don't want someone running off with your money!
