I have been a licensed real estate professional in Sarasota since 2002 and actively pursued the traditional activities of real estate sales. As my knowledge of Sarasota grew, I became more interested in listing properties and evolved into the property management arena. BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HOME SERVICE FLORIDA REALTY purchased the Prudential Franchise and has opened the door to many great opportunities for me. I deal largely with sales of vacation properties and property management and specialize in the Stoneybrook Golf & CC community. I have recently obtained the Resort and Second-home Property Specialist designation and I can now bring an enhanced opportunity for the consumer to experience the Florida lifestyle.
