Growing up in Kalispell Montana - an area without much diversity, I knew more about Grizzly bear habitat than cultural differences - and I don’t even like to hike! 🤣 Until now! By no means is this everything I need to learn but it’s a solid foundation to start on. This 8 hour certification was fantastic and worth every minute and penny. I deeply believe in homeownership being the cornerstone to wealth. Along with this certification I also completed the NAR Implicit Bias course and the Fairhaven course. This trio of courses has been developed by the National Association of REALTORS(R) to ensure agents like myself are equipped with knowledge and tools - not to sell real estate - but to assist the public in investing in their future. This investment will improve their socio-economic position a change that lasts for generations.
