Part of my 3D printer service is #reverseengineering parts for clients, like this KAIZER cap for example using Solidworks and Fusion360 to design parts and slicing them with CURA 5.1 to prepare the G-code that the 3D printer understands. As part of my constant R&D I installed #Klipper Firmware, upgraded for Direct Drive extruder with #PhaetusDragonfly Hotend along with Pressure Advance and Input shaping I can crank up the speeds to 200mm/s with 7,000 Acceleration, without having negative impact on the quality. The part was printed on an Ender 3 V2 which normally prints at 40-60mm/s and 500 Accel. This enables me to offer much more competitive prices for a top quality product from the competition ;)
