Real Estate Professional Successfully Exceeding Clients' Expectations!
I always find it interesting when the so called "experts" make predictions...in 2023, a report from the investment bank Goldman Sachs found that San Diego; San Jose; Austin, Texas; and Phoenix were all likely to see sharp declines in home prices over the next year that could lead to a housing market crash similar to what the United States experienced in 2008......just 12 months later, I come across the graph below... Goldman Sachs sees home prices appreciating 5% over the next 12 months....calling a crash one year (completely wrong), and now appreciation. You can see how one headline captures peoples attention, but making unfounded predictions should be called out. Don't let the media fool you.
