📌📌One thing successful listing agents have in common is that we are hyper-focused on the presentation because we KNOW it matters. 🥰 I take extreme pride when I am trusted to market and sell someone's most valuable asset- their home. You only have one chance to make a first impression. ✨ Together, I work with my clients with a punch list and help provide resources to get it done quickly. I do what it takes to GET IT DONE.❤️ I love this before and after of the outside of the home. We were 2 hours from the photographer showing up and had to act fast. 😍😍 You can also see the difference between these cell phone pictures and the ones from the professional @paulabrownphotos 😱🤯 Another pet peeve is when I see listing photos that are not professionally done or doing the home justice. I also wanted to highlight that this home had exterior lighting and had my photographer go back out for a twilight shoot!
