There are many roles that make a real estate transaction fit together. You have the agent, the lender, the title company, the surveyor, the appraiser, the lien search company, and MANY more! ♟️ We, as the signing service, do not take our role lightly. We truly know it’s a team effort from beginning to end. 🤝 If you understand the importance of team work drop a comment ⬇️ ☎️: (813)725-5453 📧: team@comfortableclosings.com 🧑💻: comfortableclosings.com

Sold a service company for 7 figures. Self storage operator with 1.9 million square feet and 50 employees. I send a weekly email to 250K+ people.
My least favorite saying in real estate: “If you aren’t a buyer at these prices then you should be a seller.” It simply isn’t true. Transacting real estate is extremely expensive. Attorneys, appraisers, title insurance, surveyors, bankers, cost seg studies, acquisition teams, brokers, and more. Hundreds of thousands of people in America feed their families on the back of transacting real estate because there is so much to do. Plus it takes a ton of work and a ton of time to buy great properties. You can’t just click a button and change your position. The people who say the line above aren’t real estate investors, they’re in the business of transacting real estate.
