So true! Collaboration is key.
According to Christine Caine, to build a strong team, you must see someone else’s strength as a complement to your weakness, not a threat to your position or authority. Unless you work alone, good teamwork is crucial to business success. To create a team environment where everyone understands the “The No I in Team” concepts, be sure to offer the right inspiration and motivation because to achieve anything great in business; it must be done by a team of people. According to Ryunosuke Satoro, “Individually, we are one drop. But, together, we are an ocean.” Credits: Kranz & Associates Check out our new Amazon Best Seller, "Unlock The Hidden Leader, Become The Leader You Were Destined To Be," by simply clicking the link below. https://geni.us/4JmlQU #leadership #management #leadershipdevelopment #employeeengagement #leaders #people #leadershipfirst #leadershipfirstquotes #executivesandmanagement #inspiration

Results-Driven Account Executive @ PayActiv | Exceeding Targets, Boosting Revenue, and Building Lasting Client Relationships | 30% Sales Growth and 85% Client Retention 📈🚀
I could have let yesterday ruin my day today, considering I was blindsided after this amazing trip with my tiny human and laid off after my first ever time taking PTO at my company (and a well deserved PTO after almost a year of hustling. If you’ve ever been an Account Executive, you know the grind). But then I thought, I’m so glad they didn’t do this before my bucket list trip. If they had, I probably wouldn’t have went (to save money). See, this trip was a big deal for me. Not only was this my daughter’s first time seeing snow, it was the first time I was able to take my baby to another state on a vacation since becoming a single mom last year. I wonder if they considered that before they made their decision. 👉🏽 Did they consider that I’m her sole provider? 👉🏽 Did they consider to give me some notice (any notice) so I had time to make a plan for us? 👉🏽 Or did they want to just see if my last deals closed out so they could squeeze a little more money from me before pulling the rug? I learned a lot yesterday, and although I was sad (I could barely speak in my meeting through the tears to be honest), I quickly remembered that I couldn’t have prevented it even if I wanted to, and that the business not making enough money is out of my control. I accomplished so much this past year, including buying us a beautiful home! 🏡 If any future employers are reading this, hiring someone who HAS TO hustle is probably one of the best decisions you could possibly make. I’m excited to see the plans that God has in store for me. I’m trusting the process because if there’s one thing I’ve learned in my 33 years on earth, is that it ALWAYS works out better than you think it will. Always. ♥️ Here’s some photos from the trip to Utah! Such a cool place and great memories with her. #openfornewopportunities #veteran #veteranemployment #veteranshelpingveterans #lookingforjob #openforwork #openforjobs #openforhire #hiringnow #hiring
