A failing flat roof on a 400 year old cottage in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Many tradesmen tried and failed to prevent the water ingress over a number of years to no avail. We fastened 18mm OSB3 to joists, then followed up with F2B fleece and mechanically fixed PROTAN SE 1.2. The client was ecstatic to finally be watertight after becoming disillusioned. This Felt Roof in Huntingdon had not been installed correctly and in turn was causing mould and damp problems.
