Yesterday, in my Private Clinic in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, Brazil, I did a surgery in a patient with infravesical obstruction due to prostate with enlarged middle lobe, being subjected to treatment with UroLift (5 implants) performed in an outpatient setup.
