Since the beginning of the year, I've been able to continue my journey, my bypass in #internalmedicine, in a great small peripheral hospital in LKH Murtal, Knittelfeld. But Philipp, you wanted to be a #dermatologist, didn't you? Yes, that's what I wanted and want and yes ... I will, but! Internal medicine remains the basis of all medical practice, that's my credo! As a dermatologist, I want to be able to act in a well-founded internal medicine manner. Before my dermatological training, I set myself the goal of being able to treat emergencies, such as a heart attack, safely and correctly, and there it is: Last week, I dove into my first 24-hour Sunday shift. Patient walks in, complaining of thoracic pain. Standard drill in the emergency department – labs, ECG, anamnesis, ... Nurse handed me over the ECG: ST elevations in II, III, and avF. Diagnosis? Acute posterior wall #infarction! Quick calls to the team, meds - Aspisol 150mg, Inhixa 4000 I.U., Vendal 4mg, Brillique, and shoutout to cardiac catheterization. Smooth teamwork, and 15 mins later, patient's en route with the emergency doc to PCI! Kudos to the team for nailing it! Yeah, that's why I'm doing internal medicine for a while before I get lost in all the dermatological efflorescence worlds.

In medical technology, verified results matter. When compared to palpation in clinical studies, the Accuro-guided neuraxial anesthesia technique has been proven to provide: · Over 80% higher first-insertion success rates · Over 80% fewer needle redirections · 83% fewer paresthesia instances (even for experienced providers) With over 3.5 million neuraxial anesthesia procedures performed in the U.S. each year, safe, clinically proven technological advancements should remain a key area of focus for clinicians and patients alike. #Biotech #MedicalDevices #Anesthesia #PainManagement #RegionalAnesthesia To learn more about how Accuro neuraxial guidance makes epidurals faster, easier, and safer — especially in patients with complex anatomies — contact RIVANNA today: https://bit.ly/3rhwQmt
