It has been a great first two months at Rainbow Realty Group as the firm's first business development hire. Rainbow is a leading real estate investment firm focused on opportunities in the cannabis industry. Although a big change from my previous role, joining another young and emerging industry has been very exciting. Rainbow has deployed over $130M across 55+ properties around the US over the last 5 years and has some exciting advancements coming in the new year. Education is key. Bear markets are not only for building, but it also gives us an opportunity to look within and think about what it will take for true mass adoption. I believe the way people in the crypto/blockchain industry discuss and share their experiences will be very important in onboarding the next billion users.
