All... the lawyers can and will continue to file copycat lawsuits. They can claim as much money as they want in damages but it doesn't matter. Hell... let's make it 1 trillion dollars to get more headlines. All of these headlines and numbers are 100% complete NONSENSE. The largest class action settlement in American history was the tobacco industry for $206 Billion because they COULD afford it. So, just ignore this stuff. Remember, lawyers want to get paid. They don't want defendants going bankrupt. They've shown they want to settle for realistic numbers (Re/Max & Anywhere). They are simply posturing to get everyone to the table for a settlement. Just continue to focus on what you can control, and prepare for some of the changes we continue to outline.
