We have to think of a way that veterans still can get full service
Local news outlets beginning to inform consumers of the real world impact. The truth always rises to the top after the initial big media narrative and agenda, often written by trial lawyers. Let’s remember 90% of realtor(r) clients were happy with the service rendered. That is around 100 million satisfied clients over the past two decades. The few unhappy clients could always choose another realtor(r) or do by themselves. Yet trial lawyers were hunting for unhappy clients to win a big payout. Truth: - Commissions were always negotiable. - Buyers will be ones hurt, especially those lacking multi-generational wealth. - Veterans will be forced out of the market or have to navigate the market without professional help unless VA loan rules are changed. NAR is in talks with Veterans Affairs Department to assure veterans and active military service members have a decent shot at homeownership. - Less transparency on what home sellers are willing to offer buyer agents mean just that … less transparency and more friction and potentially an increased opportunity for discrimination on what is offered by sellers to the buyer agent. Realtors(r) are resourceful by being small business owners and will adapt to ever changing market landscape. Some home sellers could save some dollars if they believe they can sell at maximum price from offering less to buyer agents. But nearly all home sellers are also home buyers. And it is the complications to buyers that is being less reported so far in the big media. https://lnkd.in/eVF9tyCi

Assistant General Manager - Sales @Tharwani Infrastructures, Ex- Empirecentrum, Ex- Eiffel Developers
"Success in sales isn't about controlling every outcome, but mastering what you can influence. Focus on delivering exceptional service, adapting to challenges, and providing value to your clients. That's where true success lies." In real estate specifically, here's how you can address your choices and convince clients to buy your products or services: FOCUS ON EFFORTS, NOT OUTCOMES:- Understand Client Needs:- Take the time to listen and understand your clients' specific needs, preferences, and goals. Tailor your offerings to address their unique requirements and demonstrate how your properties or services can fulfill their desires. Highlight Unique Selling Points:- (USP's) Showcase the unique features and benefits of your properties or services that set them apart from the competition. Whether it's location, amenities, or investment potential, emphasize what makes your offerings stand out. Provide Comprehensive Information:- Offer clients comprehensive information and insights about the properties or services you're promoting. Be transparent about pricing, terms, and any relevant details to help clients make informed decisions. Build Trust and Credibility:- Establish trust and credibility by providing exceptional service, being responsive to inquiries, and maintaining open communication throughout the sales process. Clients are more likely to buy from someone they trust. Offer Value-added Services: Consider offering value-added services such as property tours, market analysis, or assistance with paperwork to enhance the overall customer experience and demonstrate your commitment to client satisfaction. By focusing on what's within your control and delivering exceptional service, you can inspire confidence in your clients and increase your chances of success in the real estate industry. #SalesSuccess #ProfessionalGrowth

Different types of homes are needed to fill the missing middle especially here in Hawaii. Regulations add unnecessary time and fees to solve our housing crisis. Streamlined processes are urgently needed.
Today, Dr. Jessica Lautz discussed the lack of housing inventory and affordability before the House Committee on Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance. https://bit.ly/497c20W
