RevX 2023 in the books. We accomplished so much as a team and organization in just 365 days and I'm incredibly proud to say our team took home many awards that deserve a shout out here. - 4 Presidents Club Winners (Danielle Sid, Tyler Anton Aparicio, Robert Stewart, and myself. - Robert Stewart took home the Senior Territory Manager of the Year Award. Voted on by his peers and so deserved! - Tyler Anton Aparicio took home the Help Someone Award (one of our core values) as he continues to be the best version of himself by sacrificing comfort and convenience to serve others. - We took home the #1 sales market in San Diego and #4 sales market in Phoenix! 🔥 - I'm honored to have won the Inspirational Leader of the Year Award. An award that will go down as one of the highlights of my career. I'm not sure I deserve such an award, but I will cherish it for the rest of my career. It was a great year! It’s the little things that go a long way.

Every day I get to be a small piece of my teams journey, but it isn’t every day I get to announce a well-deserved promotion. Back in 2020, I knew we were extremely fortunate to have you move here from Los Angeles. I remember thinking “oh wow, we get this rockstar!?” when I first heard the news. Sure enough, ever since you entered our market here in #Phoenix, you’ve blown me away with your persistence for #success. You made it abundantly clear why we saw your name so often on the leaderboard. You have goals and you will do what you need to in order to reach those goals each and every month. Whether you’re a sports fan or not…Joe Burrows story is powerful. This man is taking his #Bengals team to the #SUPERBOWL just 1 year removed from his 4 wins - 11 losses rookie season. He went from a scrappy transfer student underdog going to into college, to a force to be reckoned with in the #NFL. I often wonder how many people out there have a similar story just waiting to be written. If only they were willing to do the tough scrappy things to get to where they want to be. Life is tough. Most roads paved are rarely without cracks or rough patches, which is why stories like these and many others are what #motivates me every day during my obstacles. As we all know, the #marketing game has changed and will only continue to do so. A #businesses physical location used to determine their long-term success, but those days are gone. Some of the most successful businesses I've worked with here in #Arizona work out of their homes or exist in buildings with minimal store frontage. What truly sets these businesses apart from their competitors is what they look like #online. Their #digital storefront is front and center for their customers each and every time they do a search online. Their reviews then set them apart from those in the same industry.
