Throughout my school days I was always told by stony faced art teachers, "you're not creative". Essentially this was their way of saying I couldn't 'do' art. Which is 100% true.    But does that mean that people who aren't designers, artists, painters, musicians, or any of the traditional creative forms can't be creative?   Let me hear you say "Hell No"!    Creativity lies within all of us. Whether we be in strategy, planning, client services, commercial, recruitment, new business and growth, finding a creative way to unlock a problem, solve a challenge, figure out the way forward is imperative.    It's incumbent in all of us to recognise creativity, in all the gloriously diverse places it shows itself, and to build a culture where creativity is THE most important thing. Many of us are wandering around social media looking for a place to have deep and interesting conversations about human-centred, beyond-human design and all the attendant practices. So, we thought we will occupy Linkedin for a day to see if it gives us the space, algo, and network of networks to make this happen.
