When I first started as a hypnotherapist, I put so much pressure on myself to perform and I was so scared I wouldn't get my clients result. Even though I have had results and good reviews, I felt like a fraud so much that I did not even identified as a hypnotist 😭 Everytime clients contacted me, I used another modality I was trained in to assist them as best as I could.
