Vice President of Real Estate Development, Engineering and Project Management at Galaxy Life Sciences

The City of Worcester Planning Board unanimously approved the expansion plans earlier this month for Galaxy Life Sciences at The Reactory Biomanufacturing campus located in Worcester. Galaxy had started construction in 2021 for a 95,000 sf facility, but shortly after commencing the erection of steel, the company stopped to redesign the building and expand onto an adjoining parcel of land Galaxy acquired earlier this year to then create a 246,000 sf building on 9.3 acres. The Reactory is among a large cluster of nearly 4 million square feet of Life Science uses that include AbbVie, Wuxi (also under construction), UMass Memorial Hospital, UMass Chan Medical School and the UMass Innovation Park Buildings 1-6 that have tenants such as Charles River, Mustang Bio, and more… The largest parcel of land at the Reactory is available to accommodate a single building of approximately 500,000 +sf or it can be split into two parcels to suit buildings ranging from 150,000 sf to 350,000 sf depending on Tenant requirements.
