MBA is a plus. - Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in technical sales and marketing management within the HDPE pipe or industrial product industry or a similar technical sector. - Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts to clients. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving sales performance and fostering a cohesive team environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach. - Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms. - Passion for technical innovation and a commitment to delivering top-quality products and services to customers.
