This is Hope, one of the Wellness/Health practitioners and the owner at our wellness office. Hope is a Massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue, NMT, MFR and Sports Massage. She is also a personal trainer, barre instructor - so will always be ready to send you home with self care stretches, exercises and ideas to change your body! She has created an office, with a variety of Holistic Health Care workers renting space for their own businesses to create an environment for clients to benefit mentally, physically and emotionally all under one roof, with a group of professionals that work with each other never against for the well being of their clients. All with same goal in mind- to help their clients in all the ways available to their needs.
