SWEDISH- Soothing massage using firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. Dilates blood vessels, improving the circulation and relieving congestion, Relaxes muscle spasm and relieves tension, Improves muscle tone and helps prevent or delay muscular atrophy Improves the general circulation and nutrition of tissues.
