I am not writing this review because I was made to do it. Mr Boyd Burks truly is the best agent I ever dealt with. He's retired military and I also served in the military as well. That discipline he brings to the table is unmatched. He gets back with you very, very quickly and doesn't stop fighting for you, even after you make your sale. If you're selling or buying property in South Carolina and need an agent, seek him out and go with him. You won't be disappointed, trust me. I highly recommend him.
Mr. Burks went above and beyond with every aspect of my new home search journey. He is honest, dependable, reliable, truthful and very knowledgeable! He was very patient with me throughout my journey. Not only is he my lifetime realtor I am proud to call him my friend as well.

As a first time home buyer and investor, I was looking for a realtor that was not only going to give me 110% but one who was knowledgeable in general home buying and investing. Boyd was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of home buying and made the process smooth and comforting. Although he wasn't fluent in the investing realm, he definitely did not hesitate to learn and get back to me the next day with the proper information and response. I would definitely recommend him to anyone as he is great to work and has a great team that works along side him. I will definitely be using him again when it comes time for me to buy my second house!

We cannot thank Boyd enough for his patience and due diligence during the selling of our home and buying of our new home. It was a stressful time waiting for the buyers to gain the appropriate financing while keeping the seller of the home we wanted to extend the contract. Boyd was in constant communication with us through each timeline and extension. Never did we feel alone, but rather he treated the sale and the purchase as it was his own. My most recent experience with Boyd is the second one I have had, as two years ago he assisted me with helping my parents buy a home! Boyd is excellent at what he does! He worked extremely hard to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase! There were two other offers placed at the same time we placed ours but Boyd negotiated well enough that our offer was accepted! He put me in contact with an excellent loan officer and well qualified inspectors. He was present for inspection on my behalf to ensure there was nothing missed! This was my first home purchase and thanks to Boyd it was a wonderful experience! I’m very pleased with my purchase and with all of Boyd’s assistance!

I have to say that my transaction with Mr, Burks was not easy. I did not intend to be a difficult customer but circumstances made things more difficult than they should have been. Mr. Burks was patient, patient, patient...pleasant, professional, and proficient. He was very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions...and I asked a lot of them. We had heard about Boyd through a friend and when planning to sell our house had contacted early in preparation to sell our house. Boyd was able to come in to our home and tell us what it was that needed to be done and answered all questions we had. We were then able to better prepare the house for the market. Some of what we were planning on changing he said was not necessary and we saved some money that way. Boyd is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to what will sell. He was very informative on all of the steps and always available for questions. When we had the house ready to sell he was quick to have things together and get the house on the market. Our house had multiple showings and sold within 9 days. I feel that had we gone with anyone else it would have been a longer drawn out selling. Boyd is very patient and friendly and I have recommended him to multiple friends already.

Boyd was very helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. He helped keep us on track with what we were looking for in a home and helped make sure we chose the house we loved. In my opinion, Boyd Definitely was worth working with! He's very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to issues about the land I was pursuing. He was quick to get back to me through text message and email. He is genuine, respectful and a hard-working go-getter! Boyd also texted me days after the sale was complete to check up on me.
