PRSAR began in 2005 when its founder realized there was a great lack of good training for the volunteer K9 SAR community. Many of the techniques used to train the dogs was badly outdated. There was a need for a better way to do business both with the K9 and the skill level of the handlers. PRSAR is dedicated to the highest standards of training.
