Local area information

Since its relocation to the current location at the entrance to the Redcliffe Jetty in January 2012, as part of a comprehensive rejuvenation initiative for the bustling Redcliffe Parade business area, this centre has become a hub for tourism. Operated by a dedicated team of over 35 local volunteers, it welcomes more than 25,000 visitors annually, making it a bustling destination throughout the year.

Free heritage walks

The passionate volunteers at the centre offer complimentary heritage walks, shedding light on the rich historical tapestry of Redcliffe, which holds the distinction of being Queensland’s inaugural European settlement. Additionally, visitors can make the most of the centre's complimentary Wi-Fi services.

Open Times: Open 7 days a week from 9 am to 4 pm

Closed: Closed Christmas Day and open from 1 pm Anzac Day
