INTERESTED IN BOOKING A CLASS?

At Movement Physio and Wellness, we focus our group fitness classes on seasons of life: pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. So much change is happening here in the body and we hope that you find fitness as a practice to help you feel strong and empowered during these times of change! Read below to figure out what class is right for you!

Pilates is an excellent treatment approach to help promote core stability and challenge the mind-body connection through varying levels of core exercises. Pilates is especially useful as a tool for retraining pelvic floor and core function in pregnancy, postpartum, and any person experiencing a pelvic floor condition or back pain.

Yoga classes are focused on core work and flowing through postures. If you are feeling stiff and tight, this is the class for you! We recommend yoga for anyone experiencing chronic pelvic pain or a chronic illness and needs more movement in their body.

Barre classes are designed to give you a great core workout while incorporating high intensity movements with weights, bands, and balls. This class also uses a ballet barre for standing core and glut work. You will feel the burn!

If you are no longer experiencing a pelvic floor dysfunction or you are working with us for physical therapy, then signing up for Pilates, Barre, or Yoga are great additions to your treatment plan!
