For Marivel Costanza Kuenstler, real estate chose her. Growing up with parents who were both entrepreneurs and business owners, “they taught us that owning a home is the ultimate goal and accomplishment and for most people at heart a dream come true,” said Marivel. Ever since, Marivel has made it her goal to help people find the home of their dreams and has been doing so for the past 32 years. She remembers the excitement of buying her first home and loves helping people experience the same opportunity. Marivel says: “Real Estate allows me to be an educator, a mentor, a friend, and my client’s biggest cheerleader. The American Dream in action!”

A few years ago, Marivel was a Movoto partner and the collaboration was always positive. As a broker who has spent most of her career with a franchise, Marivel decided last year that it was the perfect time to go on her own. “Once my vision for the future of Marivel and Associates was clear, Movoto kept coming to mind. Then someone that I trust came along the way to answer my questions and share this wonderful opportunity to join a company that supports me and my team while allowing us to grow according to our values and goals,” Marivel said.

Joining Movoto made perfect sense to Marivel, as their embrace and utilization of technology are an asset in the industry. “Most people start their home search online and we need to be top of mind,” Marivel says about the importance of technology in real estate. Working with Movoto, she expects that she will be able to learn from and share her knowledge with the company and its other agents and is excited about the relationships that it will bring.

Throughout her career, Marivel has been awarded numerous accolades from the associations she has worked with. For most of her career, she has been named a Mega Million Dollar Producer and also served as Productivity Coach with a large franchise in the South Bay and Rancho Palos Verdes where she guided and educated over 200 agents, and was also recognized as a Cultural Ambassador for KW for her contribution to other agents and her community. She was also a real estate instructor for a private school in Rancho Palos Verdes and the KW South Bay school. Additionally, Marivel is a certified Life Coach, a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

Marivel is an active member of her community. As a survivor of cancer herself, Marivel is a  volunteer for the American Cancer Association. She is also a Handclasp volunteer, an organization for children and missions to Thailand. Marivel is a contributor and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and is a volunteer for the Connection Point South Bay Church.

Marivel and her associates are ready to contribute to your real estate goals and always just a quick call away.
